ABOUT THIS YEAR'S FUNDRAISER
Since 1995, we have featured the work of student and professional artists alike in an exhibition and lottery-style draw. In 2024, we introduced a new option for artists to keep a percentage of their artwork’s revenue while contributing to UG’s fundraising. Thanks to supporters like you, we are able to continue with this format which sustains our fundraising goals while building more reciprocal relationships with artists.
Artwork values are set by the artists at either $100 or $200. Ticket holders will select from the pool of artworks corresponding to the value of their draw ticket(s).
EVENT ITINERARY
6pm - Doors open
6:30 - $200 art draw
7:30 - Party time! Live music, activities, and refreshments
8:00 - $100 art draw
KEY DATES
Exhibition at Union Gallery: January 13–February 7, 2026
Artist Meet + Greet (open admission): January 17, 12pm-2pm
Fundraiser Event (ticketed): February 7, 6pm-9pm
HOW IT WORKS
Ticket holders choose from a wide variety of artworks, with a twist: tickets are drawn live, lottery style. When a ticket holder's name is called, they have one minute to pick an artwork corresponding to the dollar value of the ticket. Can’t attend in person? Buy a proxy ticket and we’ll call you to make your selection.
A note about donations: Donations made through our Side By Side campaign are not eligible for a charitable tax receipt. However, we can issue tax receipts from donations over made through our Give to Queen’s page!
