Union Gallery is seeking a highly motivated individual to take on the role of Program Assistant as a Work Study position. The Program Assistant will be responsible for leading the 2025-26 Beyond Words BIPOC Art Series as well as supporting day-to-day gallery administration and visitor reception.
OVERVIEW
TERM: September 2025–April 2026 (flexible start date)
WORKDAYS: Saturdays 11am–4:30pm; Wednesdays 4–8pm
HOURS: 227 hours over two semesters; approximately 9 hours per week
COMPENSATION: $17.60/hr plus vacation pay as part of the Work Study Entitlement
LOCATION: Union Gallery, Queen’s University, Katarokwi-Kingston, Ontario
